Day Sleep positions Lock Rss

I have a 2 year old who has his 2 hour nap on the couch at home and sleeps in his bed at night time. I am wondering if it matters to have two different sleep areas for different times. Brock finds it hard to sleep at other peoples places during the day so i always try to take him home for his sleep time. He always wakes up crying in the morning and only sleeps until 5am is there anything we can do to keep him sleeping longer in the morning?
There are a lot of questions in there but any help would be great.

Babies and toddlers respond better to routine so taking him home for his nap is probably best.

Most problems arise when a baby or toddler has fallen asleep in one place then is transfered while sleeping.
many children have to go to creche or sitters so the couch shouldn't be a problem for naps.

The main thing is that they fall asleep independently and not then moved somewhere else.

Some babies are just early risers what time does he go to bed at night?
