14 week old that won't sleep enough Lock Rss

I have a 14 week old boy who for the last few days won't sleep. If and when he does its for 20 mins at a time and only a few times a day. He's now not sleeping for more than 2 hours at a time during the night and then wont' go back to sleep. I don't know what to do. He is wanting more feeds and he's already a big boy. I'm lost.

Hi,
You really need to implement a settling program and follow a feed/play/ sleep routine followed by settling techniques when baby displays his tired signs.

At 14 weeks you should still expect to be giving one overnight feed, but on other wakings you could use the settling techniques to resettle him.

You can get details for our settling program from Your Baby’s Sleep page or from It’s time To Sleep DVD&BOOK.

Cheers Maree
