nine months old and not sleeping well Lock Rss

my baby girl has never 'slept through'. she still wakes three or four times a night.
i feel like i'm never going to get a full nights sleep. we've tried many different routines. putting her to bed earlier, later, less during the day, more during the day. nothing makes much difference.
she's not great at eating solids and i think this is the main problem, she wakes up and thinks 'i'm hungry, mum's boobs have milk' wwaaaahhhh!
i've tried not breastfeeding her every time she wakes up but she just cries more and i'm too tired to fight with her. how can i get her sleep better???

Hi,
It sounds like your daughter is also falling asleep in your arms with these feeds and if you want her to sleep through you will need to teach her to sleep independently.

She simply does not know how to go to sleep on her own or how to resettle herself when she wakes without your comfort. Our settling program will take you step by step through the settling techniques. You can get details for this on Your Baby’s Sleep program or from <a href="It's time to sleep</a"http://www.itstimetosleep.com/">It's Time To Sleep DVD&BOOK
