I think he really does know that you are going to give in so pushes the buttons that he needs to.
It really is hard to have your baby cry and upset and we are all the same when it comes to feeling the need to comfort them. – I was no different.
The thing is if you really want to change the way things are then you need to teach your son to sleep independently and that does not come without some heart break for everyone.
