Early Riser Lock Rss


Our 11 month old goes to sleep at about 6.00pm as by that time he is tired and getting a bit cranky.

The only thing is sometimes he was up at 5am! what can we do to get him to sleep in a bit in the morning.

You can’t really expect much longer than 11 to 12 hours overnight, try pushing forward a little on the time over a few weeks, say 15 minutes later each day until you have him down at 7pm. If he’s still waking at 5am then you might just have to accept you have an early riser. I’m assuming he still has at least 1 nap a day and you could try putting that forward a little also.
