5 months stopped sleeping through HELP Rss

My 5 month old previously slept from 7.30pm-7am not waking once. Now she goes down at 7.30pm will stir about 9pm, then wake between 2-5am, so I feed her but she'll only take 60-100ml then she will go back down til 6-6.30am. Why the sudden change? Should I just not feed her? HELP
Hi,
I wouldn’t feed her as this could create a habit you want. You know she can sleep through the night and if in doubt about her being hungry I would try to increase her food intake during the day instead.
Try using our settling techniques when she wakes. At 5months they are all hands on and no leaving baby.

You can get an overview of our settling program from the <a href=" https://www.huggies.com.au/BeingAParent/YourBab... Baby’s Sleep</a> section of the Huggies site or for more detail, and a visual demonstration, from <a href="It&#39;s time to sleep&lt;/a" />It's Time To Sleep</a> DVD&BOOK.
Best of luck

Cheers Maree
