settling at night Lock Rss

Hi,
I am a first time mum, to a baby boy of 2 weeks of age. I am finding it really hard to put him to sleep the same time slot everynight. It is taking me 3 hours to put him to sleep. He has been feed, changed, burped and rocked but he still continues to cry. I need to help.
Hi,
You would do well to follow a feed/play/sleep routine and feed when baby wakes (or due) play and then watch for tired signs and then settle him awake into the cot.
It’s never too early to get into good sleeping habits and you can judge babies signs better in this routine.
You can get an overview of our settling program from the <a href=" https://www.huggies.com.au/BeingAParent/YourBab... Baby’s Sleep</a> section of the Huggies site or for more detail, and a visual demonstration, from <a href="It&#39;s time to sleep&lt;/a" />It's Time To Sleep</a> DVD&BOOK.
Cheers Maree
