End of daylight savings = early morning wake ups Lock Rss

My daughter (one) has been waking early ever since daylight savings ended and we are stuck with what to do. She used to go to bed at 7.30pm and sleep soundly till about 6.30am. Now she wakes at 5.30am. There have only been 3 mornings where she has slept till 6am!

She used to have a 40-60 minute nap at 9am and a 1.5-2 hour nap at 1.30pm. Now because she wakes so early she is wanting to go for the morning nap at 8am (I try to keep her up till at least 8.30am) and then the afternoon one at 1pm.

Is there anything we can do to push her wake up time a little bit later?

Hi,
Take a look at Huggies <a href=" https://www.huggies.com.au/BeingAParent/YourBab... savings Tips</a>. It takes about 1 week for all our body clocks to adjust, good luck!

Cheers Maree
