My 5 and 1/2 week old son sleeps well during the night, waking only once at 2am, and sleeping from 7.30 - 6.30. However, I am really struggling to get him to sleep during the day. He has naps of 20 minutes here and there, but nothing routine. How can I encourage him to have a longer sleep during the day routinely? As a general rule he naps after feeding, but then wakes and won't go back to sleep even though he is tired.
