40 min naps during day - waking up at 4.30am and not resettling Rss

Hi

I am just after some advice if that is possible. My daughter is 6 months old and has started sleeping only 40 mins at a time throughout the day? What can I do to get her to sleep longer. Also she wakes up at approx 4.30am every morning and doens not resettle. I end up getting up to her at around 6 and feeding her. She still doesn't settle after this until around 8.30. The last feed she has is a dreamfeed at 10-10.3pm. How can I fix this.

Hi,
You could try using settling techniques to get her to sleep and also when resettling after a 40 min cat nap. A rollover feed is given so you can have confidence to resettle without feeding if baby wakes through the night.
You can get an overview of our settling program from the <a href=" https://www.huggies.com.au/BeingAParent/YourBab... Baby’s Sleep</a> section of the Huggies site or for more detail, and a visual demonstration, from <a href="It&#39;s time to sleep&lt;/a" />It's Time To Sleep</a> DVD&BOOK.

Cheers Maree
