6 month who won't sleep through the night Lock Rss

We have a little 6 month old girl who has just become a great day time sleeper but has never slept through the night (apart from a couple of nights). She does sleep 6 hours but then wakes at 2am - 3am wanting a feed or to play. This is becoming frustrating.
We have tried getting her up at 10pm for a little play and a feed then back down by 11pm but we can't keep this up for much longer and it doesn't seem to be helping.
Any suggestions as to how to get her to sleep longer - she can go for as long as 8 hours between feeds overnight - so I don't think this is the issue.

HELP!

Hi,
It sound like she is waking out of habit.
Since you have given her a feed at 10pm you now she isn’t hungry so you could go straight into using settling techniques when she wakes at any other times during the night
You can get an overview of our settling program from the <a href=" https://www.huggies.com.au/BeingAParent/YourBab... Baby’s Sleep</a> section of the Huggies site or for more detail, and a visual demonstration, from <a href="It&#39;s time to sleep&lt;/a" />It's Time To Sleep</a> DVD&BOOK.
