Wrapping Babies After 3Mths Rss

My daughter is now 18 weeks old and I am still having to wrap her firmly to go to sleep. I have made the transition from the bassinet to her cot (which she was not and still is not a huge fan) however I still have to wrap her firmly. I have tried not to wrap her as firmly but every time she gets her hands out it wakes her up. I just took her to QLD and due to the heat I was not wanting to wrap her but she wouldn't sleep. We ended up spending our holiday in airconditioned Motels so we could wrap her. She still wakes every night at least once for a feed but if she gets out of her sheets it is much more. Is there anything you can suggest because coming into the summer months this is going to be a real problem.
Hi,

Have you tried using our settling techniques in our Your Baby’s Sleep section? It won’t be easy at first, she will protest the changes, but if you persist you should see results in about one week or so.

Good luck, Maree
