5am Waking Rss

My daughter is 5 months old and has been a very good sleeper since 8 weeks. She goes to sleep between 6.30 - 7pm and then has a rollover feed at 10pm and then was going through again until 7.30am. Now she is waking at 5am. I go and put the dummy in and she sleeps till 6am, dummy in again until 7am. She isn't crying for a feed (sometimes she lays with me on the floor for half an hour playing before I feed her) but it seems to be a routine to wake up at this time. The blinds are closed so it isn't light. I read your advice of putting her sleeps back by half an hour but I worry she will get too cranky, she only stays awake for 1.5 hours max (including feeding) and then requires sleep.

I welcome your feedback.

When pushing the bedtime forward you need to push the nap forward also. I hope this answers your question.
