restless sleeper Lock Rss

Like so many mums I had the perfect sleeper till he was 4mths old, now he wakes himself up trying to rollover and arching his back looking for something.
He gets a feed around midnight but after that he is awake two / three times through the night and then of course in desperation to get myself some sleep I take him to bed. How do I get him to sleep like he does from 7pm till midnight "peaceful"

Murdoch, 5mth, qld

Hi,
Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your query.

At 4 months you would expect to perhaps be giving one feed in the night but any other wakings I would implement some settling techniques.
You can get an overview of our settling program from the <a href=" https://www.huggies.com.au/BeingAParent/YourBab... Baby’s Sleep</a> section of the Huggies site or for more detail, and a visual demonstration, from <a href="It&#39;s time to sleep&lt;/a" />It's Time To Sleep</a> DVD&BOOK.
Cheers Maree
