No energy, need help Lock Rss

Hi all.
I have NOOOO energy and really need to loose some weight (20kgs), has anyone taken any type of vitamins or similar to get enough energy to start exercising?
Im just so flat tired at the moment, i eat pretty healthy just the occasional chocky and soft drink.

any advice would be great.

been there!! Try blackmores slow release multi vitamin for women. Take it in the am.

Also stick to a strict bed time. Don't worry about what washing, cleaning etc isn't done before your bed time - just go to sleep (and hopefully the kiddies stay sleeping . . . . )

Remember that whatever you take or do will take a couple of weeks to kick in.
