I must admit... I'm lucky to drink even one glass of water a day. I have 2 cups of coffee (have cut down from 8 cups) and maybe 2 or 3 cups of tea.
I don't drink juice or softdrink - I don't feel dehydrated, don't get headaches, my wee is light and doesn't smell, and yet the recommended water intake is 6-8 cups of water a day!
Do you drink the proper amount of water - and do you feel better for it if you do as compared to a time when you didn't drink as much?
(probably a dumb topic but was just curious whether people actually DO drink the right amount!)
