near 4mth old suddenly wont slettle?

day sleeps started in cot about mth ago, night sleeps in bassinet, to get her used to cot. day sleeps r stuffed if I go out n she only naps about 30min. last nights up for feeds-every 3hrs, 4 if im lucky, but awake again 20-40min later, so iresettle her quietly, n she's awake again 30min later! so tired I want to cry, but cant. also she's not finishing her formula btls past week. any ideas/advice?

No help, just my sympathy. My ds is 4mths next wk & sleeping terribly, especially when out! All I can say is persevere and hopefully she'll go back to sleeping better for you smile
