Gripe Water Rss

Just wondering how people administer gripe water? My little girl is 8 weeks old.

Is it better in a bottle on its own? - if so, when is best before or after a feed?

Or is it better to give with a feed mixed with the formula?

It doesn't say on the bottle.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My DD started using Marina Infant Mixture (for Colic/reflux) when she was 8weeks old. I give her 4mLs in a syringe before every feed (up to 8 times a day) Although, i breastfeed, not bottle. Personally, i think it is better before a feed but not sure about putting it in a bottle. Have u tried looking on the web for some info on it?? How come your DD is having gripe water???

DD#1 - 3.7yrs, DD#2 -20mnths, DD#3 is here! 21.08.

My mum always used Gripe Water in my bottle but I found it didn't really work for my little ones. The best i found is Infants Friend which you can put in bottle or before a feed. It settles Ethan so well I wouldn't use anything else. Hope this helps....
