jsut remember if you wre in a paid job, you would work for 8 - 5days a week, hours not 24hrs 7 days a week.
you would get a paid 15min break away from your task and 1/2 hr break halfway through your shift.
so hanging put for you bub to sleep so you can have a coffee in piece is a very reasonable expectation.
just wait until bub is older..... i now understand why my mum waited for us to go to bed before she would go to the toilet (#2's). my DD (2.5) wants to sit on my lap while I go, I have to sneak off if I want any piece and quiet. laugh
