"After Pregnancy Weightloss" Rss

Hi All,

I was hoping that some new mum's can help me in getting rid of those unwanted pregnancy weight, that i have been carrying for 3 months.

I have joined Weight Watchers, but i need to know what type of motivation/exercise you are all using to shed those kg's off.

i would love to hear from new mums in the same boat.

Water Arobics is fantastic
Walking and Pilates are grat too.

its hard with such young bubs to find the time to exercise, but if you get a pilates DVD, you can do it in your own home when you have a chance smile

Walking is great with a bub as it means that bub gets fresh air also smile

Of course the msot important thing is not necessarily dieting, btu changing yoru eating habbits, its hard to eat properly but when you ruggies to run after smile
