What little things do you do, as a busy mum to ensure u stay fit and healthy? especially on wet/cold days/weeks?
I eat healthy, fresh food. Nutrition is so important.
I try to get the kids giggling... We connect when we're all laughing smile
Put music on loud, dance, sing and be silly with my kids as often as possible.
I make my own body butters and lather up a few times a week. It's my way of pampering myself these days.
Pilates class twice a week.
