Wondering what people think of the name Eliza Josephine Henderson?

My main concerns are:
1) The name Eliza is getting more popular - it was 40-something in 2017 in WA and 70 something nation-wide. Does it seem popular? Do you guys know many Elizas?
2) Too many syllables? It's a bit long I guess but I think it flows well.

I also love Gwen or Gwendolyn but a lot of people think it's too rhymey with our surname. And Viola, but I can't sell it to my husband because it's too 'old lady'.
