Uterine Prolapse and Pregnacy Rss

I am 30 years old and have 2 beautiful children. Last June I had an operation for a prolapsed uterus and partial amputation of my cervix as it was enlongated! (sounds strange I know!). A few months after my op, the prolapse returned, now I would like to have another baby. The Dr says its perfectly fine but has anybody else been pregnant and had a prolase at the same time? I would love to hear about your story.

Fiona, VIC, 5yr, 3yr old and new baby

Hi Fiona,
Any operation is scary, but an op like that would be more so especially if you wanted more kids. I can't help, but I have a question. I'm having problems with my pelvic floor. With four full term pregnancies things down there are understandably different. My Obs didn't indicate any problems other than needing to strengthen the PC muscles. How would I know if I had a prolapse?
