Hahahaha! Yes i hope i am not here by then but i know there are loads of ladies who wont be starting until October so they can come and get confortable for a bit lol.
AF is two days late, had two positive tests last Saturday and since then they've been negative so just waiting to see what's happening there. Apparently chemical pregnancies are quite common especially in women who have gone through IUI the only difference is..after going through IUI you kind of want to test as early as possible, which is what I did. But at least I know it worked one way or another.

Our fertility specialist goes on holidays at the end of August until the end of September so September looks like it's out for us!

Bring on October I say! However until AF shows her head there is still some hope that she may stay away...just not holding my breath
AF is due on Sunday and i have no doubt she will show her ugly face! So i will be TTC in October as i assumed i would be in August! Hoping October is my month but not holding my breath!
Yep looks like im in sad Man i hate this whole trying thing lol. So much easier when it just happens

Good luck hun and i really hope you aren't in this months smile

AF showed her ugly face last night 6 days early boo to her! But i should still O in September!
CD16 here for us and just waiting to see if we were lucky enough to catch that little egg all by ourselves this month! As most of you will know we had a chemical pregnancy after our first IUI treatment and out fertility specialist is away this month.

I used OPK's for the first time this month and had a positive on CD13 and 14 and then back to neg so hoping that we got the BD right! I promised myself that I wasn't going to listen to my body this month and not wonder what every lilttle niggle is although today my boobs have been sore, although it's way to early ro know anything.

AF isn't due for another 12 days and if she does decide to show then we will be back to the FS early October.

Good Luck to everyone, here's hoping for a very positive month full of BFPs!
Hello everyone!

I'm a newbie (which will no doubt become very obvious when I display my ignorance of acronyms and correct posting protocols!)but I am doing my best to learn, so feel free to let me know where I am bungling it up!

My DS (at least I think I have picked up some of the lingo) turned 4 recently and is mad keen on the idea of having a little bro or sister. We have been not not trying (which is our face saving way of saying- am off the pill and open to idea of having another) but having done this for a while, I am now ready to confess that we are ttc and getting a little disheartened to discover that we are still not pregnant. Not sure I should be posting in this spot (AF due in four days) so am in that terribly hopeful (and fearful of each twinge which may herald the onset of the unwanted AF) stage.
Wishing all lots of luck and looking forward to sharing good news all around in the coming month.
Please correct me if I am wrong, is it best to raise a new topic regarding experiences of people who have (or know people who have) a large age gap between their first and second child (was not sure which category!) Thanks grin
