Feb 2012 Lock Rss

Thanks smile

This might be a stupid question but how long after/before your period do you ovulate? Is this the best time to get pregnant?

Not a stupid question at all honi.......Everyone is different when it come to when we O, nd a lot of things can change it each month. I would strongly suggest getting some OPK's nd doing them from CD10 through to when u get a POS, once u get a POS OPK then u BD for 3 days straight then miss a day then BD again.

If u r not confident enough yet or dnt want to use OPK's, start BDing every day from CD10 nd watch for ur EWCM, once u c that BD every day till u "dry" back up.

I hope this made sense. Do u know the abbverations we use on here? If not I can also post them up for u.

I'm hoping not to join you in TTC Feb, but I'm just poking my head in and saying hi smile

I have also had 2 MC's in 2011 and I am hoping to finally have my healthy baby in 2012!

Hi ladies

Hope you don't mind if I join this thread, AF arrived this morning sad
We are very excited that our little family of 4 hopefully becomes a family of 5 later this year! Fingers crossed Feb is the month for us all.

Sheree, QLD Dylan 3/6/06 & Heath 5/9/08

Wow there are HEAPS of abbrv.! Haha, thanks for the list.
I understand what you mean now, I think DP preffered it when I didn't know anything about it. (Then he thought we could BD all the time 'incase')

Welcome and lot's of luck to you for Feb!

I everyone, I'm not actually joining this thread, we are hoping to start trying in March. But have a question and didn't see the point in starting up a new thread.
Vitamins - now I take standard multis now and last time we were TTC I started Elevit, but I have a lot of multis left so provided I take extra folic acid will they still be ok to take, or are the levels of vitamins in them to strong/weak?
thanks and good luck to you all smile

Not sure as all multi's are different. I'd be just getting on to a specific pregnancy multi to save yourself the worry of quantities of this and that - then you'll know you're covered smile

Hey everyone,

I also like a couple of you are just recovering from a m/c (had a d&c yesterday) and so will be waiting till Feb to TTC again.
I'm hoping it doesn't take too long as we have had to battle endometriosis just to even have sex!

I have no idea about cycles and ovulation times etc, so am very new to this. smile

Hi booitsme, I was also in the Due in July thread for a while. I'm sorry for your loss and hope you have a smooth journey from here on in smile

Hope we both have a smooth journey! smile

Welcome to the new ladies!!

How is everyone?
All good here. Blood test results are all clear so there's nothing 'wrong' with me - lol. Hoping then that last 2 mc's were just a freak event and I'm done with my bad luck now????? Still going to see Ob/Gyn this week to get 2nd opinion. What's everyone else up to?
