who has a blocked nose!

I need help. Im not sleeping well due to a blocked nose. I had this with my last pregnancy and Im fed up with it! Im sleeping on 2 pillows at night and its giving me a sore back. Its giving me insomnia and making me miserable. Any suggestions

I had that too!! That is what I am dreading with my next one when it happens! I feel very clostraphobic because I can't breath! My Ob said it is common in pregnancy and it is due to inflamed membranes in your nasal passages. I asked can I use a nasal spray and she said only a saline one so I resorted to vicks vaporub on my chest and a spray called Medic Room Spray which smells kinda like anticol cough lollies, I bought it in coles. It wasn't perfect but helped.
