I found with my last pregnancy and with this one also that ginger tablets, ginger buscuits and ginger ale really help.

With my first pregnancy I had to have something by the bed in the morning as I would not be able to function at all unless I ate something before I got out of bed.

So far the nausea with this pregnancy hasn't been too bad but I am expecting it to get worse so I am taking everyone elses suggestions on board for if it does!
