I have heard that there are a lot of aromatherapy oils that you should avoid during pregnancy.
This might seem like a silly question but I was just wondering if "avoid" means do not use them at all (not even in a burner) or does it mean that you just can't use them on the skin (for example: with a carrier oil for massage)???
It's just that whenever I feel stressed or sick I tend to burn lavender and peppermint oils, but I have since heard that these oils should be avoided during pregnancy and am now worried.
