Hello everyone,

I found out at my 12 week scan that I have an anterior placenta. I know this means that I will feel movement later on, which is a little bit upsetting as it is my first pregnancy. I am currently 19 weeks, so I know realistically it may be another week or two before I feel anything. I've felt "bubbles" but 9/10 in my opinion this is gas haha. Strangely enough though, I never had gas like this before pregnancy or even during the first trimester so I'm not 100% sure on this either. Part of me is hopeful this is somehow linked to bub moving and causing some gas, the other half of me thinks maybe it is the baby, but I think I am also being optimistic. When I speak to other moms to be or mothers they say that it is an unmistakable feeling, which makes me doubt myself.

I just wondered what some of your experiences were, and also for any tips to stop my brain wondering into that negative space. Thanks in advance smile
