Extremely struggling Rss

Hi everyone,
Currently 11weeks pregnant with our 4th baby. Previously have 3 sons. This pregnancy has really taken its toll on me. Baby no.4 was a suprise & there will be a 7year gap. I am 30years old. I have never had morning sickness, it went away about week 9 & now has crept back ???? I am exhausted to the point each day I NEED a nap. I am constipated(taking things to help) but so far it’s been a battle. I have always enjoyed being pregnant but this time I am just fully exhausted. I go back to work tomorrow and I am so anxious how I will get through the 10hour day. Please help- any suggestions?
Hi dear. One of the reasons for fatigue and sleep problems during pregnancy is changing hormone levels. For example, rising progesterone levels may partly explain excessive daytime sleepiness, especially in the first trimester. For most women, getting a full night's sleep becomes even harder once the baby is born.

Best wishes, World Center of Baby

Perhaps you have anemia, did you tell your doctor about this? Iron gives the body strength, and with low hemoglobin, the woman feels lethargic, bruised. Stay healthy)
Also need more rest in the fresh air, do you often walk?
Thanks for information.
