Hey ladies,
I am craving fruit & veg. These have always been a staple in our daily diet but not to the point I am at the moment. I am boiling green vegetables for lunch. We went out for a friend birthday last night to this beautiful restaurant & I ordered a bowl of green veggies.
My question is could I be lacking something to be wanting so many greens?

Fulfilling your cravings is believed to help your body meet its nutrient needs and correct the nutrient deficiency.
