Nuchal Translucency Scan Lock Rss

I had the above scan yesterday at 12 weeks 5 days. The Nuchal fold was well within the limits at 1.8mm and the heart beat was good. Based on those two items and my age 37, I was given a good (I think) risk of 1/459. However the blood tests were then added and my risk went right up to 1/82, much more of a concern. I have been looking everywhere on the net to see how much I should be worried and whether to consider further tests. My blood results were bhcg 1.153 mom (slightly high but nothing to be too worried about given the median is 1.0 mom), however my papp test was quite low at 0.384 mom. I had the blood tests a week before the scan and am wondering if I had them done too early. I have 2 heathy children, the youngest is nearly 3. I did not have this test with either of them so don't know if my blood levels may have been low with them too. Any ones advice would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.
