Depending on the hairdesser they might want him to sit on your lap which might help him. I would definately reccomend making sure it's not an apprentice thats doing it. The second time I got DS haircut (which was a month before my wedding) the chick that cut it did a horrible job. The next day DH got his haircut somewhere different and the lady fixed it up for free. There were chucks that she hadn't cut and the fridge was terrible, I'm glad I decided to get it cut a month before otherwise I would of been devastated. The first time he got his hair cut he was around one, my aunty was visiting and she's a hairdresser so I got her to do it. DD has never had her hair cut. I think she will be terrible when she does eventually get it done. It's lucky that her fringe sweeps to one side.
ETA: I just remembered DD has had a haircut....DS gave her one laugh I'm glad he's out of that stage now. He's cut a chuck out of his hair twice aswell.
that was very clever to get it done a month before hand and glad your DS is outta that stage i would hate him cutting everyones hair if were you and thanks
I think he will be fine hun he will look like a big kid not as babyish after a hair cut makes my ds look way older after a hair cut lol you will have to put a pic up afterwards smile

Awww how exciting! grin don't forget the camera, take a before and after shot. I agree with pp too, snip a bit hair today for keepsake.
Ds hasn't had a hair cut yet, I'm worried he won't sit still & try to get out of the chair or he'll cry so I'm going to wait a bit longer before we do it
Hope Isaiah's first haircut goes well hun grin
