We have found our little boy is enjoying the Uncle Tobys Honey Oatmeal as an alternative. He to seemed bored with Weetbix and these have refreshed his interest in brekky. We buy the individual sachets which are quite quick and easy to make. Good Luck.
We still use the Heinz Multigrain banana breakfast and mix a couple tspoons with milk and mashed banana. My son loves this breakfast.

Another alternative could be vanilla yoghurt and mashed banana.

Pancakes made the night before and put in the fridge to be warmed in the morning with fruit on top.

Ham and cheese on toast.

My 23month old loves toasted english muffins with jam, spaghetti on toast, rice bubbles, nutri grain or yoghurt poured over fresh fruit. and his favourite breaky would be bacon or pancakes which i do for him as a treat on weekends.
