Hi all, my 22 month old used to have a great sleep routine, nap time at 11am until 1pm, than down for the night at 8pm until 7am, than out of the blue it just stopped, he would go to sleep at 8pm than wake up anytime after 10pm keeping me up anywhere between 2:30 am to 4am, I have a supportive partner where he will get the older 2 ready for school while I try to catch up on sleep. Since this has started we have tried to stop his daytime nap, wake him earlier, put him to bed later etc, but nothing has really been working for us, any ideas and tips please would be greatly appreciated.
