i really love this recipe, they always get eaten super fast in my house smile
1 cup plain flour
1 cup self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (you can leave it out if you dont have any)
4 tablesppons melted butter
1 cup castor sugar
one small tub of yoghurt (of your choice)
one cup of diced fruit (of your choice)
chuck it all in a big bowl and stir until combined.
spoon into greased muffin tray and cook at 180c for 20 mins or until golden.
makes 12 small muffins or 6 large.
you can half the amount of sugar if you want to make them healthier too.
yum yum yum SOOOOO easy!!
ive made blueberry ones with blueberry yoghurt and frozen blueberries, raspberry ones, berry yoghurt with diced apple, mango yoghurt with diced peaches, honey yoghurt with apple and banana...
the combinations are endless and all turn out so yummy!
