cob loaf ideas??? Lock Rss

My niece is turning 21 in a few weeks and her mum asked me to make a couple of cobs......seems to be the one thing i can make that everyone always enjoys!
I tend to always do a spinach one or a bacon/cheese cob but would like to try some different ones if anyone has some yummy ideas that would be appreciated.

200g chedder grated
100g mozzarella
nice chunk fresh parmesan grated

edgel asparagus cuts , drained

cut lid off cob, remove insides, mix all ingredients, adding asp last and stiring through gently
put filling in,replace lid, cover in foil bake 20 mins
remove foil and lid, place lid anf bread u pulled out on tray next to cob, bake further 10 or so min.

my df hates asp but loves this cob dip. these are approx as i just whip it up and chuck it in ive never measured it but id say this is pretty close
