hello kristy, this recipe is real easy and it makes heaps
salt & pepper
50g cheese ( iusually just use a hand full)
2 tbls chopped parsley (optional)
1. cook pasta in boiling water with salt , while cooking pasta melt butter in pan.
2. ass bacon, cook for 5 min, stir occasionaly until slightly brown.
3. Beat together eggs and cream, salt & pepper, until well blended, add to panand reduce the heatto low, cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly, or until the mixture begins to thicken.
4. Grate cheese and add the egg mixture, cook for a further minute, drain pasta and mix through.
