Yum 2 min noodles are my favorite tea.......

DF does a fair bit of shift work and I love arvo shift cos I don't have to cook, I will either have 2 min noodles, bacon or a sandwich!

Or pies and pasties in the microwave, or maybe treat myself a takeaway!

I also love a can of creamed corn on toast.

Hi,

Our family favourite "Can't be bothered dinner" is Puff Pastry Pizzas.

Use a sheet of puff pastry....put some BBQ sauce on it.....add leftovers (spag bol or leftover rissoles are yummmy) or ham or whatever is in the fridge....add grated cheese....cook in 220 degree oven for around 15 min. Kids love it...and so does my hubby!!!!

It is a great, quick dinner that gives you the chance to use up leftovers in the fridge and basically have a night off cooking and washing up.
