This little book is super helpful. Morning Sickness Survival Guide by Lisa McAully. Found some great tips and ideas in it. Reassuring too. Short read but worthwhile.

All meds have risks. The main Cat A med for pregnancy is maxalon (unpredictable, works for some not others). Cat B drugs are around but more of a last resort.
